Located in Hanoi, Capital Place is a Grade A office building comprises of 2 towers of 37 floors, providing state-of-art functions and amenities within its 100,000-square meter luxurious and green office and retail spaces.

Drawing inspiration from a local legend, the building’s architecture and exterior glass orientation evoke the form and movement of a live dancing dragon. This symbolic design not only celebrates its legendary roots but also establishes the tower as a striking new beacon on the city skyline.

This narrative became the foundation for the brand identity—informing everything from the logo to the design language and graphic elements. Beyond cohesion and unity, the identity was crafted to be distinctly unique to the tower, carrying both cultural resonance and meaningful purpose.
