As one of the tallest buildings in Ho Chi Minh City, Capitaland Tower Ho Chi Ming City, now known as Saigon Marina International Financial Center (Saigon Marina IFC) is located in the most prime location in the city center, adjacent to a high-class marina and a 10-hectare riverside park.

The design direction drew inspiration from the tower’s distinctive façade, translating its architectural rhythm and geometry into graphic elements and visual motifs. This approach not only anchored the brand to the building’s unique identity but also reinforced a look and feel of modernity and high-class elegance. The result is a cohesive brand presence that mirrors the tower’s architectural statement and its positioning as a premier destination.
