The OCBC Mobile Banking App was revamped to deliver a more seamless and intuitive digital experience for consumers. The redesign focused on improving the entire user journey—from opening a new account and setting up login access to performing transactions, transferring funds, and checking account balances. The updated interface prioritizes clarity, ease of use, and brand consistency, ensuring users can navigate their banking needs with confidence and minimal friction.
I worked closely with UX specialists and stakeholders to deliver a seamless, hassle-free experience for both new and existing users. From account opening to fund transfers, every flow was designed with clarity and ease of use in mind. I adhered strictly to the client’s brand guidelines and design system to ensure visual and brand consistency, while collaborating across teams to align functionality with user expectations and business goals.
